Observation

At the time of the initial to full inspection, there were window blinds in the living and dining rooms that contained strings. At the time of the initial to full inspection, the bookcase in the dining room and personal belonging cubbies in the living room were large (taller than 36") and not secured to the wall. At the time of the initial to full inspection, this licensor noted that accessible outlets (including in bathroom) were not tamper-resistant/have a blank cover. At the time of the initial to full inspection, there were numerous wires plugged into a surge protector that were accessible to children.
